Our cottages are absolutely perfect for groups of friends wanting a more ‘grown-up’ hen do. The peace and tranquillity provide the best location for spending quality time with each other and the added bonus of being able to walk to the local pub provides a great evening out.
We have a number of activities available to take place at the cottages including wreath/flower crown making, yoga classes, beauty sessions, cup cake baking, sewing and crafts and cookery.
Please use our outdoor dining space to create wonderful memories with silly games, fun antics and late night revelry safe in the knowledge that you are far from the nearest civilisation!
We are close enough to the big towns of Bournemouth and Poole if you do wish to go ‘out out’ however why not cosy up by the fire or sit out under the stars with a few bottles of wine and talk about all the wedding plans instead!
We are able to provide anything from the very fanciest of dinner parties to family supper with a menu of your choice. Please do just let us know your thoughts and we will do everything we can to make your event as stress free and fun as possible. We will lay the table, decorate the room, prepare and serve your menu, clear away the mess and leave everything spick and span so there is nothing to be done but relax and enjoy yourselves! We can do all but provide the ‘butlers in the buff’ required to make your evening complete!
Our fabulous caterers, The Anvil Inn are able to provide delicious food delivered straight to your door.
If you have a sweet tooth and would like a large celebration cake please do let us know. We are able to provide beautiful and delicious cakes to be there on your arrival or to be delivered part way through your stay.
We also understand that arriving somewhere new and catering for large numbers can be hard work. We have therefore designed a simple menu of ‘First Night Suppers’ to welcome you on your arrival. These dishes will be left in the fridge in Rose ready to be heated up for your first night. Please let us know if you are interested in this and we will discuss your favourite dishes.
